D.C. v. Heller is the appeal before the Supreme Court on whether the D.C.
gun ban is an unconstitutional infringement upon the individual right to
keep and bear arms.

Heller's amici briefs are trickling in. They're due next Monday.

DC's amici briefs included one signed on to by 18 members of Congress.

An amici brief supporting heller was filed today, signed on to 305
members of Congress, and by Vice President Cheney acting as President of
the Senate. A majority of both Houses.
