It was turned off via customization tool during installation. Am looking to see if there is registry setting to re-enable or , if not, is it possible to rerun installation with new setup file to fix it. If reinstallation is solution, I assume we should uninstall first and then reinstall. Do we need to do anything else. I have found that in some cases this still leaves some settings in ...

8.5.1302.1018 works here - I don't think the point build makes a diff, but if you have a different one, maybe it does. I don't really enabling anything other than installing the correct version and hitting the box in tools, options. Check the addins (tools, trust center) and see if anything is disabled that could affect it. (I have no idea which ones would affect it.) -- Diane ...

Actually I was mistaken, computer B doesn't have word as the email editor but when I tried enabling it, it says "ms word is busy or cannot be found" I recently reformatted this computer so it's a clean install of office.
