Get off this "brother" kick Cornel and Julianne. Are you Americans
or are you " blacks" constantly looking backwards? Obama did not
bow down to MLK and mention his name as you wanted it? We are too
stupid to know who "the preacher from Alabama" is? Give us a break!

more in his nomination speech? BULL!

You don't get it. Obama is not a black man running for president, he
is an American running for president with the best intellect and
personality of all the candidates as it relates to our future, and...
the election is about us..."... this is not about me, this is about
you.."...Barack Obama.

Obama has the skills to listen, and the wisdom to seek out the advice
of the best and the brightest across party lines. Support him and
celebrate him and quit whining about the past that cannot be undone
and quit detracting from his accomplishments.
