Sam, as usual lets his 4 letter vocabulary in the way with rational
thoughts. The KGB does not "run the show" by any means but it
does have it's paws on their "red" button. There are over 10,000
soviet missiles still pointed at the U.S. If you provoke them enough
you may be faced with the Nuclear War you seem to want so badly
and then witness first hand if humankind can survive this type of
exchange. There are ample mad scientists who believe we can,
while most of the reasonable believe we would cause problems
irreversable in our lifetimes.
