Dear Mr. LNC,
I am *most* upset about this whole Lloyd "Skip" Press lawsuit thingy!
At least six (6) other peeps have specifically said that Lloyd is a
plagiarist, and that sneaky Mr. Hope started an entire *thread* on it--I
*know* what he's up to!
If I'm the first to launch my counter-suit, do I get first dibs on all the
damages awards? I was pretty sure I'm gonna be the first one Lloyd sues, but
now I'm wonderin', with all these other peeps, wot if he goes alphabetically
by first name? Then that sneaky Mr. Alan Hope will get to counter-sue him
FIRST! And, wot if EVERYONE and their dog starts using my sig:
Plagiarism in Lloyd "Skip" Press's "writing career":

Infinity's Kitchen is a graphic literary journal featuring
experimental writing and art. With the second issue of Infinity's
Kitchen, we're experimenting (carefully) with some ideas that we
borrowed from concrete poetry. Concrete poetry, or visual poetry, is
written so that the physical qualities of the words are important.
It's a great way to add some flavor to the language.

Skip, you and I have corresponded over this issue in MW and while I
fully support your right to seek legal redress, I believe that at
some point you should keep things from MW. Posting Sylvia's real
name, if that is her name, was crossing a line.
For those reading this (aside from Skip), the right to legal redress
exists even for people who seek it for the wrong reasons. They
either win or lose their case but their right to seek redress is
undeniable. This newsgroup is imploding.

Okay, here's a little history of defamation for your *legal team*.
May 23, 2008, Lloyd "Skip" Press posted to UV and PJ on this newsgroup:
"UberVehement has self-admittedly never sold fuckall of any kind of
writing and PJ's concerns often include squirrels on her balcony. Do you
dumb bitches think anyone really gives a shit what you'd read or not?
You're like watching deformed hamsters running in a cage, telling each
other you're really gazelles bounding about a plain."
May 23, 2008, Lloyd "Skip" Press posted to PJ on this newsgroup:
"Jealous little bitch."

Repeatedly accusing someone of practicing witchcraft might fall under
this definition, legal eagle, so watch it.
