Here we go again, hurry up and put out crap without understanding what it
really does. The Underwriters Laboratories in Oct 2006 suspended it's
authorization to add it's markings to any pumping parts that use E-85
gasoline. They say the have to find a material that will not be difficult to
physically contain the fuel due to a higher rate of corrosion. The group
does not have a timeline for it's guidelines so without force they'll take
their time.
Meanwhile Canada is going to build two refineries in New Brunswick and
should have refined product flowing down to the U.S. much sooner than we
ever could. Their environmental impact statement with all the public
comments should take no longer than 24 months. And today UL says they're
making progess in the long process to cerify the E85 pumps.
Anyone want to make a bet the U.S. sees Canadian refined gasoline before any
pump is cerified by the UL to be safe or accurate?

If you live among criminal thugs then you get what you deserve.
Presumably everyone is free to choose where they live. These two
people chose badly and paid the ultimate price for their error.

I posted a picture on alt.binaries.pictures.vehicles of a high tech fuel
loading facility.
That super-tanker is loading directly off the railroad car. I'm guessing
this is legal? They were hauling diesel.

THE FLINT JOURNAL
ELBA TOWNSHIP -- A whiteout caused more than 20 cars and four tractor-
trailer trucks to crash Sunday afternoon on Interstate 69 at the Lake
Nepessing Road overpass, resulting in 12 injuries and closing traffic
in both directions for several hours.
"It was like a pinball game," said Emmett resident Dawn Bergen, who
was riding with her husband, Richard, when intense snow reduced
visibility to almost zero.
A crash in the westbound lane started the pileup and as it compounded,
traffic on the east side of the interstate began to back up as well,
said Sheriff's Department Information Director Scott Richardson.
The eastbound side of the expressway reopened around 6 p.m. The west
side opened just before 8 p.m.
"We were swerving in and out of cars that had crashed," said Richard
Bergen. "Then I saw a semi in my rearview mirror that wasn't stopping.
I saw the rear of my truck go everywhere."

In IRS publication 463 it is written that as a trucker you can deduct $52
per day using the standard rate. On form 2106 can you deduct the entire
$52/day or 75%% of $52?

If they didn't want to be raped, beaten, and robbed, why did they
choose to live in a bad neighborhood with criminals?

Does anyone here know of a program online or otherwise that is used when
specing out a new truck? The one that deals with tire size, final drive
ratios, transmission, gradeability, etc?
