Associated Press

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,319171,00.html

SCIO TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Washtenaw County sheriff's department says a 44-
year-old man was stabbed to death at a Scio Township truck stop Saturday
after a conversation on a CB radio led to a confrontation.

The department tells The Ann Arbor News officers got a call Saturday to the
TA Travel Center in Scio Township, about 35 miles west of Detroit.

They say Gregory A. Hobalt of Davenport, Iowa, was pronounced dead at the
University of Michigan Hospitals.

Authorities are holding a 36-year-old man from Garland, Texas, while they
determine charges.

They say the suspect apparently made offensive comments on the CB radio
about the 10-year-old daughter of Hobalt's girlfriend.

Sad....and now two lives are destroyed.

I ran a load over Christmas to the west coast. On the way out I
stopped at Sapp Bros in council bluffs Iowa and bought my chaines.
Then Delivered 22 pallets of Hienz product to Walmart D.C. in
Loveland,Co last Sunday and waited till noon on Monday to head west
with 2 pallets weighing 2,900#. I called for the weather coditions for
Colorado and Utah and didnt think it was wise to run across 70 and
down 15 with such a light load. so I ran down to Albaquerque,NM and
across 40 to deliver just north of Bakersfield. I havent been out that
way in about 7 years and never ran across the rockies on 70. I was
told it was bad but Im wondering what kind of chance I had with
basically an empty 53 foot trailer. I wasnt scared just thought better
of it and made the decision. What do you all think?

  Rookie Jokes ?

Author: RoadRunner

Anyone have any good jokes to pull on rookies ??? I told our new guy that
he had a flat on his fifth wheel .. he was confused for over a day. Then I
told him he needed to slide the tandems on his bullrack ... he actually went
to the trailer looking to see how he could do it.

Anyone else have any funny stuff like that ?

I have it figured out, I'm going to count out loud times that YHBT

For starters from you initial Holy-War post, you were Trolled from 3
different places.

Dave Ruff has posted "Sucker Bait" that he later recanted.

The guy with the post about "ARP" posted false information because none of
the post in question had an IP address so there could not be any "ARP."

Oh and you were Trolled by Zeke and you apologized for that one already, but
you left out apologies for the two times that you were trolled above.

BTW I have seen it, I've seen the "Sucker Bait" you ate just prior to your
June 18, 2004 temper tantrum and I hope I can find it again.

I know you don't want to admit you ate "Sucker Bait" but you have left me no
option but to prove how many times you have eaten "Sucker Bait" in the
course of filling this Newsgroup with more of your own "Sucker Bait."
