The best place to learn about real estate is a real estate agent's
license course.
Most states have very rigorous courses because their requirements for
licensure are so robust, the courses have to be very good in order
for students to be able to pass the state exams.
I have been a licensed instructor for over twenty
years in Florida. They have particularly good courses for agent
licensure. Florida requires
that you complete a 63 hour course and end of course exam before
you're even allowed to sit for the State's license exam. The 63 hour
course is robust. Best of all a couple of years ago the State allowed
