Mexican Culture Says Child Molesting is GOOD

Author: Speeders & Drunk Drivers are MURDERERS

"Another wonderful cultural shock is the phrase "old enough to bleed, old
enough to breed." A Mexican fully grown man said this to me as an excuse
for trying to sexually assault me as a very young teenager. He couldn't
understand why I would be so resistant to this idea. In our American
culture this is called "pedophilia." Not so in Mexican culture. This is all
perfectly normal and acceptable. Your children are not safe when young
Mexican males are around. I hate to put this so bluntly, but we need to
know this. The multicultural equivalency crowd will howl at these truths,
but it still remains true.

Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude - "public" urination, minor in consumption - ???

Author: pdfajardo

I am interested in applying for naturalization, but I'm concerned with
the story about a Cambodian who was deported for urinating in public
at a construction site. Been a perm. resident since age 4, I am
currently 26, married, and have two children. The unfairness of the
citations has always bothered me, but I'm not arguing that anymore.
All I want to know is:

Am I at risk? How serious are the following offenses? Are the details
surrounding the event taken into consideration?

Minor in consumption of alcohol - 7 years ago - I was escorting
visibly drunk a friend home to a dorm on a university campus, and we
were stopped by police. I was not drunk, the officer agreed I was not
drunk. I did have alcohol on my breath, and was cited a warning for
minor in consumption. Somehow, without my knowledge, the warning
turned into a citation, and

Urinating in public - 5 years ago - This happened downtown Austin, I'd
like to add that I purposely went into a dark alley, behind a
dumpster, to avoid being in public, but to my surprise as I finished
up, 3 bike cops followed me there and gave me a citation.

Am I involved in an immigration fraud ?

Author: me
Date: Jul 22, 2008 03:03

I'm a foreigner married to a U.S. citizen but my wife has just decided that she would rather be with
another man. She's willing to continue our sexual relationship and stay with me part time to help me
get my green card but she also wants me to continue giving her thousands of dollars every month so
she can have a place to stay with her boyfriend as well.

I have plenty of evidence to show that I got married in good faith including her voice messages
saying that she loves me as well as some sexually explicit materials but I don't know if this would
make any difference. If she helps me apply for a green card knowing that our marriage isn't working
then would this be considered as an immigration fraud ?

What other options do I have ? My visa has already expired but I have a successful business here
in the U.S. and don't want to close it down.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

Travel while waiting for I-751 to be processed

Hello everyone!!!

My wife has a trip to Vancouver planned in August. Currently we are
waiting for her I-751 to be approved and they have sent the letter
stating that her travel and work permissions have been extended for a
year. Her residents card expired on July 20th.

I am wondering what steps are recommended so that she has no problems
entering and leaving Canada. I'm sure there are no problems entering
the USA with the letters the USCIS supplied, but does Canada know how
to validate?

I tried to email the Canadian consulate, but they just gave me a run
around. They said that US Residents do not need a visa to enter (we
live in Florida) , that is all the information they provided. I just
don't want her to fly all the way there for them to deny her.

Thanks for any info.

Andy

What if the the conditional resident applicant did not file the
corresponding forms and supporting documents/stuff on the 90 days
prior to the 2nd year anniversary of his 2year (validity) green card?

For whatever reasons he was not able to file at the allowed time? But
he is wanting to find out what is the next step he should take?

  Time between filing and interview?

Author: Programbo
Date: Jul 20, 2008 15:09

Hello all...Does anyone know the approximate time period that
usually takes place between the time one files all the forms for
Naturalization (Form N 400) and the interview date?...My wife has been
in the US long enough and meets all the requirements but may still be
a bit shaky on her English...But if it`s going to take a year or
something she`ll be ready by then so I might as well file now and get
the ball rolling..Thanks in advance
