Do we have wait for the SIN card to arrive on mail and then only start
the job?

I have a question regarding filing Q13 which says like this :
During the past five years have you or any family member accompanying
you lived in any other country than your country of citizenship or
permanent residence for more than six months.

The question is I am filling an application for me and my wife. For
last 3 years we are staying in USA, but we have gone to India twice in
the last 3 years. So do I have to fill out all the entry and exit to
USA in last 3 year or just the last entry to USA. If I have to fill
the last entry to USA in "From" what will be the date in "To". Or If I
have to fill all entry and exit, I don't see enough space over
there, only 3 lines are there to fill this information.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I landed on Aug 10, 2005 as a skilled worker and stayed for a week and
then left Canada. I returned to Canada on July 10, 2008. That means, I
have stayed outside of Canada for 1065 days or 2 years and 11 months.

My new job from a Canadian Company requires me to travel up to 30%% of
the time overseas.

Do that time i will be spending outside of Canada (for e.g. 20 days in
a year) will count against my residency obligation?
