Different sources have very different ideas of what foods to avoid when you
have diverticulosis. All pretty much agree about fiber being good, and I
think they are right. However, some say to avoid seeds, but they disagree
about which seeds are ok and which not. Also some say avoid nuts, popcorn,
corn, cucumbers, etc. Some say this has all been shown to be wrong.
What do you think. I'd love to be able to eat corn, popcorn, nuts, etc.
again.
TIA.
