When you have problem with an Epson DX3800 Printer continually telling you
that either your ink is out or it dosent recognise the ink (JETTEC), and
therefore wont print, who is to blame the ink firm or the printer firm?
Having had months of intermitent troubles like this I have spoken to agents
at both of them without getting any any answer except "Our product is good
and gives no complaint". When I put in writing to Jettec two letters - one
back in January and the other last week and dont get replies back it makes
me ask if the firm have anything to hide,- anyway it is bad business
practice.
All I want to know is
--Is it the fault of the Printer 'or the Ink, -once
I know the answer to this I know which one to ditch?
Can anyone help --PLEASE?
