We recently got an email claiming to be a microsoft upgrade that had the
"W32.Swen.A@mm" virus. I wrote to microsoft about it and got a reply
telling me how to prevent email viruses with nothing about that
microsoft was going to try to locate and stop the hackers.

I realize that there are alot of these type of viruses but is microsoft
not trying to do anything about tracing and stopping them?
