Need the replace phrases between two control words. The phrase is the only
thing that changes and it is several lines long. The pattern is as follows:
word 1
phrase1
word2
word 1
phrase2
word2
etc.

If bookmarked text is at the top of a document or follows a table, I can't
insert text before the bookmarked text without the new text being included in
the bookmark (i.e., inside the opening bracket of the bookmark). One
workaround is to put a space or hard return before text to be bookmarked and
exclude the space/hard return from the bookmark. However, if it's the
beginning text of a document that I'm bookmarking, I don't want a space or
blank line. Any ideas?

Hi there I got my laptop about a year ago and I had Microsoft office products
already installed, I didn't bother to activate it because I didn't need to
use it. Now I need it, I open up a program (e.g) Microsoft Word 2003 and it
would automatically turn itself off. What should I do ?

John McGhie, in "How do I generate an index in Word?" gives one way to mark
multiple pages for the index :
"If you place the same index tag on each page of the topic, Word will
automatically conflate the page numbers."
My index results do not reflect this. Instead they put every page # with a
comma between. I'm aware of the bookmark option, but would like to know if
this other way conflates the numbers.
Thanks

I am formatting a document with 150 odd tables. Each table has it's unique
title with it's own number. For some tables the numbering is the same eg
7.2.1A, 7.2.1B etc.. My question is everytime I apply heading 3 it will
change the number to the next number. hw do i make sure that it keeps the
same number and then it continuous numbering eg. 7.2.1A, 7.2.1B, 7.2.2,
7.2.3, 7.2.4A, 7.2.4B. Thanks for the help

I developed a small template into which I copied regular text from a word
document into (it is the size of a notecard meant to be cut out and copied by
students). Anyhow, when I went back in to the template document, all of the
text that I had copied and pasted (regular text) now was appearing as small,
individual text boxes. Any idea of why that would happen and how I can get it
back to normal text without being text boxes?

I have Form with a Button which when clicked causes the (completed) form to
be attached to an email. Thr Email is generated ok with the Form attached. I
want to pre-set the To: email address to my own to save the user typing it
in. It would also be nice if I could pre-set a few words in the body of the
email but this is not too important.
I can use a 'Mailto' hyperlink to get an email to myself but this doen not
attach the document.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Tahnks, Ray.
