Hi there,
I have a .WMV file from a wedding - it looks like Photostory ws used to
create it. Is it possible to extract the individual pictures (JPG's) stored
within it? Are there tools available to do this?
Thx,
Kim.

I just got a dv camcorder, did a video capture on recommended setting(for
playback on computer was recommended) and made a movie with 5 little clips.
When I saved the movie to my videos and went to play it back, it was flashing
pink vertical stripes up on screen and was coming in and out. Please help! I
want to capture video from dv tape, edit on computer, save to computer, and
then make dvd's.

A British faggot has been sentenced to three years in prison for knowingly infecting his faggot
partner with HIV.
Forty-seven year old faggot, Mark James was convicted in April of this year, but only sentenced
on Friday for the crime. It absconded shortly after being found guilty and was sentenced in
absentia.
It is the first faggot to be convicted of the offence in the UK since laws allowing people to
be convicted for knowingly transmitting the virus to others was passed.
According to evidence presented during the trial, James was aware for seven months that it was
HIV positive but did not reveal this to its faggot partner, whose name has been kept under
wraps.
The faggot partner was warned by a boifriend and confronted James, who denied being positive.
The two continued to assfuck until the faggot partner discovered its HIV status only after
being tested. It then took the matter to the police who filed charges against James.
James originally pleaded not guilty to the charge of committing grievous bodily harm, but later
changed its plea to guilty. A warrant was issued for its arrest but he has not yet been found
by the authorities.

Hi D'arcy,
Here's my approach... the only big files are the source files, not the
project file.... assuming the originals are on the external drive and the
ones on the laptop are just traveling temporary copies:
1 - make a folder on your exernal drive... like H:\MovieSourceFiles... and
put all the source files in it
2 - make a folder on your laptop's c drive like c:\MovieSourceFiles and copy
the source files you need for the trip to it.
3 - it's OK to have the project file in whatever folder you want... I'd
guess you want the original on the laptop's c drive
===== let's assume you last worked on a project on the road, and deleted the
source files from the TravelingSourceFiles folder when you get back home....
4 - open the project file and you'll have lots of red-X's for missing source
files... double-click on one and point Movie Maker to the file on the
external drive. With all the files in the same folder, it'll resolve all the
red-Xs at once.

Graham,
I'm having this same issue. Did you find a resolution for it. I'm worried that I will be in the middle of a capture and will forget not to lock my pc.
Thanks,

Could someone out there plkease tell me how I can Back up my Imported Clips
and Auxillary files, from MM to an exyternal Harddrive?
The idea is to back up to XHD and then use these files to continue working
on my Movie/project on my laptop when away from home....Then return updated
files, via X Drive to main computer to continue the work.
Ideas or advice would be most helpful
Thanks...........................................D'arcy
