I am trying to create a home movie slide show. I bought a song online to use
in the slide show. When I try to import the song into Windows Movie Maker,
it says " is protected using digital rights management and cannot be
imported."
I paid for the song and I'm using for my own stuff.... any ideas here?

Thanks

  Size of Photo Story

Author: Fred Saunders

Is there a size limit on a Photo Story, or maybe a limit on the number of
pictures that are included.

I am having trouble with a Photo Story that Has 173 pictures. Each picture
has an original size of 2 to 2.5 megabytes.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.

Holiday Greeting... and mydeo versus YouTube comparison

I rolled out a one page website with a holiday greeting from Chuck Bentley,
and I'm using it to show the differences between embedded players from mydeo
(streaming wmv videos) and YouTube (downloading flash videos)

http://www.papajohn.org/ChuckBentley-OnePerfectSilentNight.html

Enjoy the story or check the differences in playing quality...

  Importing video

Hi there

I am getting a the following error message when I try to import this file
into WMM.

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Marke Railton\My Documents\My
Videos\Devon & Pink Picnic.wmv is not indexed and cannot be imported.

The file was originally created on my desktop and copied to my laptop, which
I am currently working on away from home.

Could this have damaged the file in some way. I have never tried to import
the original file.

Hope someone can help

Cheers

Marke

Poor Quality when Transfering PS3 to WMM

Author: Ciompo

When I make a short movie clip of still pictures in Photo Story 3, the
quality looks poor after I save the movie clip with DV-AVI in WMM. Can
someone tell me what the best save setting in PS3 I should use to get the
best quality pictures in my WMM movie after I save it in DV-AVI. Should I
avoid even saving it in DV-AVI in WMM?
PS3 seems so awesome but I can't believe the quality loss when imported to
WMM.

Is that possible to minimise the above problem with movemaker tools or any
alternate solution presuming it's inherent or otherwise.

Overlaying One Movie On the Other

Author: Turbo

Hello All!!!

I am new to this newsgroup, but I had a question.

I want to place one movie file as a background and then have a second movie
file on top playing at the same time. Related to this, is there a way to
adjust transparency in the movie file on top, so you can see the movie on the
bottom of this mess? Are these two things beyond the scope of what MM2 can
do?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Cheers
