Updating Target designer past June 2007 roll up

The last time I updated my target designer was last fall.
I had installed the June 2007 roll up and some security updates up
till 11/2007.
Is there a roll up from 2008 or do I need to install all the updates
since last november?

There have been several updates, but the July update seems to be a roll-up
for the year.
