just a stupid question, but it is quite intersting to know. I'm using
FBA.exe "-reboot" or "-shutdown" function to do a fast reboot or
shutdown on my runtime image (even after resealing phase) in the
field.

Since "fba -shutdown" does nearly an instant switch off, I think it
could be dangerous...

I would like to know, if there is any disadvantage, when using "fba -
shutdown", instead of the original shutdown function? Actually I
havn't found one yet... But I don't know.
