I -----HATE----- MicroCRAP... But here is the solution -->

1) Turn off PC
2) Disconnect ALL HDDs via cable (power is enough)
3) Boot with XP CD in drive
4) just sit back and let it load everything, eventually it will complain
there is no HDD to install to, but at least it has added support for your
USB keyboard. Press F3 and reboot.
5) DEL to enter BIOS.
6) Edit boot sequence to do first=CD, the rest floppy or other things but
not HDDs.
7) Check USB keyboard support is enabled.
8) save and exit, turn off PC
9) re-connect HDDs.
10) turn back on with XP CD in drive.
11) let CD boot as before, F3 to exit, reboot, now your keyb-driver is
installed, enter BIOS, so DEL
12) reset BOOT sequence to do HDDs
13) save and exit BIOS setup with CD EJECTED
14) now your keyb-driver is in memory AND HDD is booting, now click
whichever option you like.
15) if you ever meet billy, break his nose for micro-crap's endless
frustrations so he remembers the pain he has brought through his piss-poor
engineering practices...
16) Screw --experts exchange--, no 'helpful' forum should first make you pay
for --> second --> useless and incomplete solutions
