1. Click Start > Run
2. Type regedit
3. Click OK
4. Navigate to
5. Click "Explorer" on left side (under CurrentVersion).
Is there a item named "ThumbnailSize" on right side ?
If yes, double click it and change it to 96.

There is no "Thumbnails" on the right side...
