This is my custom Internet Explorer 7 search registry file.
(For pre IE7, in Notepad, replace all "{searchTerms}" with "%%s"
All links are checked and OK as of April 8. 2008
Note: I recommend you export this key before you merge it in case you
want restore your default settings:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes]
1. Close IE
2. Copy between the lines and paste into Notepad
3. Check that each entry is on its own line (damn word wrap)
These are single lines:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\. . .
"DisplayName"=. . .
"URL"=. . .
"Codepage"=. . .
4. Save-as Search.reg (Or make your own name + .reg)
5. Double-click or right-click and merge into the registry.
