i have a hoyle puzzle& board game 2007.....i can't get it downloaded on my
husbands computer....he has a 3 yr old dell computer with celeron and mine
is 6 yrs old and it is a pentium intel we both have windows xp.....everytime
i try to download this game which has 2 discs i get the error
saying.....encountered a problem and have to close from microsoft....and it
shuts it down.....so i went to run as the book says and typed in
hoyle_board_games_2007 exe....this was the first discs......that went into
my downloaded files so i clicked on the icon to play it and it game up to
where u log in then when i hit ok a black screen came up then got the error
again over and over....i also went in and put the second disc did the same
way then put it in by run etc. and then tried to play it and it brought up
over and over same encountered a problem and have to close by
microsoft.....i then tried to put it on my computer and it went right
in....so what could be wrong...i have a lot more stuff on my computer than
hubby and all he really does on his computer is play games mostley internet
checkers and has a casino downloaded to play for fun and a war game....i am
completly lost can anyone help me.....thanks Patsy
