SP3 and Stand By Don't Agree

The Stand By function no longer works properly since SP3 install. I have
uninstalled SP3 which restores previous functionality of stand by at the
expense of no SP3. I've tried the uninstall/reinstall several times with the
same results each time.

I'm running XP Pro with screen saver set at 75 minutes, monitor power at 2
hours, and STAND BY at 3 hours. Two different actions occur.
1) The system never enters Stand By but runs without other errors.
2) The system will enter Stand By but when it returns it has the following
errors which I can only resolve with a restart.
A) The desk top loses its image and can not be restablished.
B) The wireless network is lost and can not be restablished.
C) Also an end now error while trying to shutdown.

I am having the same problem with my EVGA N7150/630i motherboard. Have you
been able to resolve the "stand-by" issue? If so, please let me know how you
accomplished this. Thank you,
DD
