Windows XP Home SP 3

A few days ago, Text Document disappeared from the list of file types
brought up by right-click/New in Windows Explorer.

I looked at http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm, but it talks about
setting file associations. I want to restore Text Doc to the New list
without losing the present double-click "open" association to emacs.

(I think Text Doc disappeared about the time I installed and removed the
trial version of Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\OpenWithList, which makes no sense to me.)

Below is the FileExtInfo for ".txt", and the regedit export for txtfile.

Is there something I can change?
Shall I merge xp_txt_fix, and then restore the double-click "open"
association if necessary?

Regards, Bob
