Hi ,
Have you checkout the msconfig.exe file in dllcache? If not check it out.
Windows keeps the msconfig.exe file in dllcache Folder which as System
Procted Hidden files.
you can copy it and paste it into system32.
If you are unable to locate the file from dllcache either you can copy it
from Windows XP CD to system or use System File checker Utility for windows
to automatically copy system files.
