I need to transfer to a new xp pro machine. I've heard the Files and
Settings Transfer Wizard is the thing to use. Can anyone verify or suggest
something else?

I have always used sneakernet. This works quite well if the computers are
close; mine are never more than 25 feet apart.

That's kind of a vague question. Exactly what do you want to transfer to
your new computer?
