Default Admin Rights

I own my laptop running Win XP Pro SP2.

I read an article that mentioned it is not good to stay logged in as
Administrator because someone could hack into you system and act like you and
wreak havoc.

So I changed my user rights from Admin to Debugger. Now I can't download
anything because I do not have admin rights. How do I change it back?

The idea is not to /change/ the Administrator account but instead to
/add/ a second account with Limited User permissions and use that
account for your day-to-day computing. You login to your Administrator
account when you need to perform tasks that require Administrator
permissions.

Return to the Welcome Screen and login to XP's built-in Administrator
account. It's simply called Administrator. Use XP's built-in
Administrator account to change your account back to Administrator
access, then logout of the built-in Administrator account. Never make
changes to the built-in Administrator - it's your lifeline.

Now login to your own Administrator account and create a second account
with Limited User permissions.

I hope you haven't been using XP's built-in Administrator account as
your personal account. If you have, enjoy reinstalling XP.
