  Taskbar

Pls be patient, my problems is difficult to explain> I have problems
controlling the taskbar. When I lock it, progr icons either appear double or
grouped - regardless whether they are similar or not. If I add a language
bar, it comes up twice.
When taskbar is not locked, again icons appear double, the bar shows any
number of divisions, and doubles, tripples in size. The Quick Lunch seems to
pick it's own place, and when moved to the far left, the doubling in size
occurs. At other times the icons tripple in size.
The programs work alright, but it is a nuisance. Grateful for advice!

  AVG Free 8.0/Spybot question

Author: Peter
Date: May 8, 2008 16:50

Sorry if this is off topic everyone but I am hoping someone can help me. I
just loaded the new free AVG version 8.0 (I am running xpsp2), and I figured
I should have manually uninstalled 7.5 first but it said it would do it
automatically and I trusted it. Anyway it made a bunch of registry changes
and spybot teatimer kept picking them up so I kept clicking "accept", etc
etc.

Now, every time I boot up, spybot teatimer puts up an acceptance window
above the icon tray saying something like "Allowed value "AVG7_CC" (new
data: "") deleted in System Startup global entry!" The window disappears
after a few seconds

It does it every bootup and then it lists it in the spybot log, so it will
keep listing forever. Please tell me how to get rid of this annoyance and
stop it from listing it in the log. Am I going to have to uninstall AVG 8.0
and start over (making sure to delete the directory also if it leaves any
part of it), and I guess I should disable spybot teatimer first if I do (do
you agree)- I didn't on previous installation versions of AVG, but I may
have uninstalled the previous version manually first.

looking for logins and passwords off old hard drive

I had a hard drive crash and I have my new hard drive installed. I'd like to
find if there is a file I can copy over which will retrieve all my logins and
passwords that autofill when I am on various websites. Does anyone know if
this is possible and what the file is named as well as the folder it is
located in.

Thanks a ton in advance.
