uI have the exact same problem, with my Acer E571, after the last Vista
upgrade, it hung and then would not reboot past first page. When I finally
got it to bring up the Restore options, it stated that NO restore points were
found, Strange, NOT even the eAcer back-up on the D: drive.. After contacting
Acer Supoort, the assistant said to reboot while holding down the ALT key and
continue to press the F10 key, as this may actually help reset everything,
but it didnt help. Any suggestions please.
