I too have posted a couple times searching for answers to this problem. I
have all of my cd's ripped and tagged properly with album art embedded in the
ID3 tags. I have my music files organized by artist, and then subfolders
under each artist for each of the albums. Normally (under XP and Vista Beta)
the subfolder icons (for each album) would display the embedded album art in
the folder icon (up to two pictures if I'd messed up and used two different
album art pictures). In the artist folder (one level up) it displays up to
two of the subfolder album art pictures in it's icon. Now, since installing
Vista Ultimate, nothing I rip and subsequently tag is displayed in the folder
icon, just generic icons yet everything that I had prior to installing Vista
Ult. still displays as normal with the album art displayed in the icons.
