They were rathlinks support team. They were very well versed in earthlink and
from what I saw them doing they seemed versed in Vista as well. Don't know
where they were but they took over my computer remotely. Yes I can send and
recieve just fine on earthlinks web mail. However it has limited storage and
I use my emails for buisiness. I have been using G-mail in the interim.
