Hello,
I think it's the same as with Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000
Where you use w32tm /config from a CMD prompt.
w32tm /? for syntax
Or this article from Windows 2000 shows an example:

875424 Time synchronization may not succeed when you try to synchronize
with a non-Windows NTP server in Windows Server 2003
