Hi, Not sure what you mean by better - there are other free apps. but not as complete as Avast - I use it and it's excellent - so good, that Windows Defender has never had anything to do. It has 7 functions - trick is to turn off the one's you don't want e.g. VRDBS . The others either carry advertising, or lack download ...
