SQL Server DBA

Our client is a growing software company in Fremont. We're looking
for a SQL Server DBA for an initial 3-6 month contract (possible
conversion to FTE) to be the primary Administrator for their team.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a DBA with strong understanding
of SQL Server 2005, related tools, maintenance, optimization, security
and performance tuning. Don't miss this great opportunity to be part

Responsibilities include:

* Responsible for backups, all db releases (final testing and
releasing into devqa and prod), and all build to dev/qa servers

* Optimizing sprocs and performance tuning

* Managing replication

* Managing security and users/logins on SQL Servers

* Performing index maintenance

* Doing all db refreshes for all environments

* Setting up servers and new environments

* Receiving all emails that monitor jobs
