Looks as if you should be looking for help from the installer of
the software.

Why do you even have SQL installed? Are you using it?
Perhaps uninstalling it would be a better solution,
e.g. removing software you don't use instead of trying to update it.
BTW you are more likely to get help with SQL specific symptoms
from an SQL specific newsgroup or forum. Cross-posting to one
for convenience.
