License question

We own a 64bit server with sql2K5 standard. A member of the company is
primarily involved in education and holds classes on the system developed
here. It is an internet based system. At some of the locations here classes
are held there is no internet access. We were hoping to install the database
and the asp.net site on his notebook, however the database is 14Gb so this
rules out using express. It is leagal as far as i understand, to install a
single second copy as a long as it's for a single user and not used for
production. Here is where we have a problem because his NB is 32bit and,
unlike windows2k3, SQL2k5 does not ship with dual media.

I have my own copy as part of MS solution provider kit, but i'm not going
to use this one, because it is for me, not anyone else. We take software
usage and licensing very seriously. Is there a way for us to get a second
version, 32bit, For non-production usage without having to purchese a second
shrink wraped copy?

How about using Developer Edition (it's only $50) or developing a subset of
the data to get it < 4GB
