Active node and RDP

I have an active/passive cluster and some one restarted the virtual server
last night. Today I cannot RDP into the active nore or the virtual server.
Is there something simple I can do to get these back online? I am sure there
will be failover issues if the virtual is not running.

It could be as simple as the RDP service didn't start on what's now
the active node the last time the server rebooted. Try RDPing into
the passive node and see if you can start up the service. The host
may need to be restarted. I've seen this happen a few times. A
restart of the server should fix the RDP problem.

Start Cluster Administrator, connect to the cluster, and verify if the
related resources (that virtual server in particular) are online.

If you cannot RDP into the passive node, use a KVM console to restart the
terminal server service
