While it is easy to make a customer table, I am looking for a setup that
references country and state information with prefilled state names.

So, I am looking for a country table with all country names (and preferably
their phone prefix) so
US, 1,
France, 33,
Australia, 61,
NZ, 64
, etc
the default domain extension would be great.
I know there is a standard defining the countries and their short form, so
meeting this standard would be great.

I am then looking for a state table with data, so
Aus, Qld, Queensland
Aus, NSW, New South Wales
Aus, Vic, Victoria
...
USA, Alaska, AL
USA, New York, NY
