We are using System Management Server 2003. There are a lot of control
button (Remote Control , Reboot , Chat , File Transfer , Remote Execute) on
Remote Tools screen. When I press "Chat" button i communicate with
Client.When I press "Remote Control" button i successfuly connect the
client. When i connect the client with "Remote Control" i also want to start
Chat with client. Please help me?

How every when I try to product this I get 15 times the number of machines
that the company owns?

How can I get the first product code in the list?

I am looking for a utility/script which a Desktop Technician can run locally
and query the SMS Client to verify that it's installed, functioning and
connected. This must be done locally and not via the SMS Console. The is a
large enterprise running SMS 2003 SP2

Can anyone point me to a doc explaining how to use the ITMU V3 in SMS 2003?
