Losing NFS connectivity

I have a system that has been stable and reliable until recently. No every
few days the unix box that talks to my network loses the ability to read and
write and has to be rebooted. I do not believe this is a problem with the
unix box but I am not sure.

My system has two windows servers running server 2003 SP2 active directory.
One server is hosting a 1TB raid connected via MS iSCSI. SFU 3.5 is loaded
and configured and until recently was running without problems. My users run
scripts that write unix files from windows boxes thru the unix box to the
raid and now appear to be getting stuck. The only errors messages I see on
the unix side are general NFS mesages. Is there something else I can check? I
have error logging turned on in SFU and also have looked in the windows logs.
Is there any patches out there? Also does Server 2003 R2 have SFU built into
it? Does that work any better then SFU addon?

There are some hot fixes and installing them can make some difference.
I'll get you the URL to download them.
R2 does come with built-in NFS components and they have a lot of
changes to improve NFS performance overall.
