I'm not sure I understand the problem. You created a presentation using the
Photo Album feature (it doesn't make any difference how you created it for
purposed of making a CD). Now you want to burn the presentation onto a CD.
In 2007, click the Office button> Publish>Package to CD. (I wasn't clear if
you got to this point or not.)
Since it seems that you want to make more than one CD (you said "children"),
I'd first click the Copy to Folder option and copy the files that it makes to
a folder. Then, you need to open the software that came with your CD-RW drive
for burinng CDs and follow the instructions to burn those files to a CD.
Instead, you can click Copy to CD. Then you'l be able to burn the files
directly to a CD, again using the software that came with your CD-RW drive,
or other similar software. Vista can burn CDs directly.
Hope this helps,
Ellen

Help please.
I have put together a presentation with audio, hoping to put it on a DVD.
Unfortunately the PPT is cutting the audio short in some slides.
I have recorded a narration for the 41 slides, set the transition to manual,
for now,
deleted the previous audio, several times and recorded new.
When I view the slide show, some of the slides cut the audio before the end.
it seems like it is the timing of the original audio, 11 secs on one slide,
the 1st.
I have cleared out everything that I can think of, but cannot get all the
audio for
that file to play to the end.
Thank you.

I was recently given a PowerPoint presentation with embedded font. My own PC
does not have this font, so I am unable to edit it. I would like to change
the existing font (Helvetica Neue Std.) to ARIAL.
How do I edit a PowerPoint presentation containing embedded font?

I have put together a presentation including audio with the aim of making a
DVD of it.
After several attempts to record a narration, some of the slides are cutting
the audio short. I have made the transition manual, I have deleted the audio,
several times and recorded new audio, but for some reason the time allowed is
stauck at
11 seconds. This seems to be the original time for the first recording.
How can I get the recording to be longer?
Thank you.
Mike.

I have several PowerPoint Shows which I run on a TV which is visible to the
public.
Each show consists of approximately 20-50 10-second slides. Currently, I run
a show for approximately an hour or two (looped), manually stop it, and then
open another show which also then runs for an hour or so.
Is it possible:
1) to run a macro that shows the different pps one after the other, e.g.
show01.pps, show02.pps, show03.pps, etc, and then start at show01 again?
2) for a macro fundi to provide me with such a macro?
Beacause of the file size of each show, I prefer not to make one show of the
various individual shows.
Thanks

In PowerPoints I created only a few weeks ago and in new ones, midi files
will no longer play. They will play separately, but not in PowerPoint.
Am wonder if some new update has affected this. Can anyone help, please?

I would wager that the monitors are somehow reversed on the system and that
the presenter view is opening, but underneath the actual presentation.
When you are in the Display properties and select identify displays, does
the projector one come up as 1 or 2?

I hope someone here can help me out with a serious problem I’m having
with getting movies to play properly in a powerpoint 2000 presentation!
I have made a presentation in Apple’s Keynote and exported most sheets
as jpegs, and some as movies. I opened a new presentation in Windows XP
running powerpoint 2000, in which I placed the jpg files and the
movies. No matter what I try I can’t get the movies to either run like
they do in Keynote, or keep the file size of the movies to an
acceptable minimum. After having exported the original Keynote slides
as QuickTime movies (animation codec) I tried the following:
option 1:
saved as windows mediaplayer files:
problems:
The movies start playing with a black keyframe, which is not in the
original movie. When finished playing , and selecting the next sheet in
PowerPoint, again a black frame appears.
option 2:
saved as an mpg2 file
problem:
Powerpoint won’t play the file

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to add around 50 pictures to a
powerpoint document without adding it for each side manually. One side
shall contain one picture. How can I do that a bit more automatically?
Thanks for your help
Marcel
