If I click on toolbar and select Spambayes it puts up a bar but I can
do nothing with it. ;Selecting the options gives me nothing to set.
Disrupt or when selected does not even put up anything on the
toolbars.
Neither of these things have may entry in Outlook help[!!uhhhh?????

How are the used and what am I missing?

Outlook 2007 Vista.

Why would they? They're not part of Outlook and not made by Microsoft.
They're add-ins that you must have installed.

If they show up in OL 2007 and do not elicit an error message when Outlook
starts, then I suspect that they're still installed. Uninstall them while
Outlook is closed and the toolbars should go away.
