My sent IMAP mail goes into the Sent folder on the remote IMAP server. It shows as ... gnus expires emails, so I tend to mark everything (sent, archived, etc.) with an asterisk so that it won't .... When I accept meeting invitations a mail doesn´t beeing sent to the orginazer. It goes to deleted items. The meeting time is in my calendar though and it says that I have accepted it. My Outlook is online so it should send reply for the invitaion. I have re-installed Outlook but the issue is remaning. My feeling is that this is some how connected to my Outlook mail account.
