Sorry for the delay guys, weekend away.
When I opened Outlook there were a couple of emails to go but I couldn't
look at them because the send process had started.
I unchecked the send time option and was able to find out the details of the
emails. The emails are to and from my Blackberry but as I don't like the
idea, I have removed the software until I can find out exactly what is being
sent and received.
