I don't know about VBA - but it used to be that you could save advanced
searches but security fixes killed that.

If I know the field name, I just type it in the dialog to save a few steps.

If the dialer ignores dashes, I would get in the habit of putting the
numbers in with dashes so Instant search works on partials.
