My company has a bunch of pre-made (therefore saved) e-mails which we
edit and then attempt to send out. When I go into edit them and click
send, sometimes they send out, and sometimes they just sit in the
Outbox until I hit open them and hit send again.

Here are the things that I have tried to remedy this:

Waiting (waited 5 full days, no send)
Creating a new profile (occurred on the 3rd saved e-mail I tried to
send after the new profile was created)
Putting Outlook into Offline Mode and restarting.
Starting it in safe mode
Creating new PST files
Turning off Anti-Virus when sending
Reinstalled the entire office (2003) suite.
Sacrificed a Live Chicken (Okay, I am kidding about this one)

Two other people on my team use these e-mails, and have not had this
issue. I have tried re-installing the OS and going at it, but that
also did not work.

Any suggestions?
