We have just moved from Notes to Outlook 2007.
I set the default to reply to messages without the history. However,
sometimes I want to include it and its a pain if I use the forward button -
especially when there are a lot of recipients. I could do this with the click
of a button in Lotus Notes.
Can anyone help?

Since most of us never used Notes, you need to define what "with history"
means.

Message thread? Conversation? What?

I think its include the original in the reply.

Outlook doesn't support the option to choose it on the fly - I add it to all
messages and hit Ctrl+A to select all then start typing if I don't want it
included.

Indeed, I meant keeping the original email in the body. Is there not a simple
macro that would do it?
