Outlook on IMAP not marking message as "to be deleted"

Hello

I have a strange behaviour with a customer Outlook. She has IMAP
configured as lots of other people in the same enterprise but she's
experiencing a strange behaviour: if she marks a message as to be
deleted the message doesn't get a strikethrough line BUT it's currently
marked as to be deleted...if you purge it the message disappears
correctly.
Moreover, it happens only within certain folders...other subfolders
work as expected.

Any hint?

TIA

Try resetting the view on those folders.
