Still not an Outlook issue. Outlook doesn't add the spam tag to the
Subject line. You will have to contact TrendMicro on how to get it to
work the way you want, or you could disable their anti-spam function, or
read the help with the program or probe around its configuration
settings to see if you can NOT have it add that tag.
