One of our customers uses Outlook 2003 on a citrix server. Since we
installed the service pack 3 for Office 2003, Outlook forgets the mail
password. Everytime a user restarts outlook, the password is gone. The
password field in the account settings is empty, when we reenter the
password there, its gone again after the next restart of Outlook. We
never had problems before installing SP3.
